Delivery

To ensure maximum freshness, we cut the meat only after receiving your order and ship it via chilled delivery without freezing.

Because chilled deliveries cannot be left unattended, we recommend specifying a date and time when you can receive your package.

Additionally, items such as steaks are shipped vacuum-packed to maintain freshness. The beef may appear black while vacuum sealed due to lack of oxygen, but it will return to a bright red color about 15 minutes after being removed from the packaging.

Packaging

Depending on your order volume, we will deliver it as shown in the photo (a single-layer box in front and a double-layer box in back).

Please note that if your order does not fit in a single box, it may be shipped in multiple boxes.
